Morning Work This Week

We had a Take one, Give one Tuesday. Students each had a sticky note on the board. Students then took another student's sticky note from the board and wrote a compliment. We made our compliments anonymous for this week! We spoke about What a compliment was during our open circle. By the end of our morning work, everyone had given someone else a compliment. Next, we came into our open circle (our own compliment in hand) read our own compliments and told the circle how it made us feel. "Great!" Today was Wishing Well Wednesday. Students were asked to make a wish.... Today we read them.. if we wanted to!
