Thank you Mr. Kovacs

We had a very special visit from Mr. Kovacs (a high school teacher). He taught us about the sea and the creatures who live in it, specifically plankton and manta rays. We read books, watched videos, observed REAL plankton with magnifying glasses, and learned about counter-shading through the use of Beani-Boos. Thank you Mr. Kovacs!
